How do I change my Username in my account?

Changing your username in your CleanSky Energy account is a straightforward process that allows you to personalize your login credentials. Follow the steps below to update your username:

  1. Sign In to Your Account:

    • Visit the CleanSky Energy website.

    • Click on “My Account” located at the top right corner of the homepage.

    • Enter the username provided via email from enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.

    • If you've forgotten your username or password, click “Forgot Username or Password” to reset them.

  2. Access Profile Settings:

    • Once logged in, locate the icon displaying your initials in the upper-right corner of the dashboard, above the “My Bill” section.

    • Click on this icon and select “Profile Settings” from the dropdown menu.

  3. Update Your Username:

    • In the Profile Settings menu, you will be redirected to the “General Tab”.

    • Within this tab, locate the field labeled “Username”.

    • Enter your new desired username.

    • Ensure that your new username meets any specified criteria, such as character limits or format requirements

  4. You will be redirected to the ‘General Tab’. Within this tab you may change your username.  username
  5. Save Changes:

    • After entering your new username, click the “Save Changes” button to update your account.

    • You should receive a confirmation message indicating that your username has been successfully changed.
