I need to change my Username in my account.
- Sign into www.cleanskyenergy.com website.
- Select ‘My Account’ on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Enter the Username that was provided via email from the email address enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.
- To get your password for your online account, select ”Forgot Username or Password”.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, above ‘My Bill’ select the icon that displays your initials, and click the ‘Profile Settings’
- You will be redirected to the ‘General Tab’. Within this tab you may change your username.
- Click the ‘Save Changes’ button.
- Action completed.
