How do I change my Communication Preference?

Change your communication notifications and preferences in your online account portal.

  1. Go to www.cleanskyenergy.com website. 
    1. Select ‘My Account’ on the top right side of your screen. 
    2. Input the username that was provided via email from the email address enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.  
  2. On the right of the screen, above ‘My Bill’ select the icon that displays your initials and click the ‘Profile Settings’.  
  3. Select the ‘Communications,’ tab to change your communication preference.  MyAccount-communication
  4. Toggle the options to your preference. ◐
  5. Click on 'Save Changes' when complete.
