How do I make a one-time ACH payment?

Learn how to make ACH/check payment through your online account.

  1. Go to www.cleanskyenergy.com website. 
    1. Select 'My Account' on the right-hand side of the screen. 
    2. Please use the username that was provided via email from the email address enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.  
    3. To get your password for your online account, select 'Forgot Username or Password'. 
  2. Select the ‘Make a Payment’ button on the right of the screen.  
  3. Next click ‘Add New payment Method’ to display the screen to enter your card information.  
  4. Select ‘🔵Bank Account’ to process an ACH payment.
  5. Enter your bank account information.
  6.  Click ‘🔲 I authorize autopay set up’ box and select the ‘CONTINUE’ button to process the payment.  
  7. You will receive an email confirming your payment was successful.
