How do I setup Autopay?

Learn how to set up Autopay with these steps.

  1. Go to www.cleanskyenergy.com website. 
    1. Select 'My Account' on the right-hand side of the screen. 
    2. Please use the username that was provided via email from the email address enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.  
    3. To get your password for your online account, select "Forgot Username or Password". 
  2. On the My Bill, click the ⚙️Set up Autopay on the right-hand side of the screen, next to My Bill
  3. Select ‘Add New Payment Method’ to enter your credit or debit card information.
  4. Check the ‘🔲’ box and click ‘Continue’ to authorize the automatic recurring payments.  
  5. Click the ‘refresh’ button and it should now appear as xxx1234 – Auto-Pay
  6. On the My Bill section, click the ⚙️Set up Autopay on the right-hand side of the screen, next to My Bill.
  7. Click ‘I authorize autopay set up’ and select ‘Save Changes’ button.
