How do I renew my service?

Learn how to renew your service in your online account portal.

1. Sign into www.cleanskyenergy.com website. 
   1. Select 'My Account' on the right-hand side of the screen. 
   2. Enter the username that was provided via email from the email address enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.  
   3. To get your password for your online account, select "Forgot Username or Password".
2. Select the ‘Renew’ button on the left side of the screen below your contract details.
   
3. Choose your desired product by selecting ‘Details’ to view the contract information.   
4. Once you have chosen your new contract click ‘Sign up Now’ 
5. Confirm your contact information and select ‘Next Step’.  
6. Review your renewal details to confirm that the information is correct. 
7. Once reviewed, select the ‘🔲I confirm’ box and the ‘Enroll Now’ button to complete the renewal.
