How do I process a transfer service?

Are you moving and need to transfer your CleanSky Energy plan to your new home?

  1. Go to https://cleanskyenergy.com/ website. 
    1. Select ‘My Account’ at the top right of your screen. 
    2. Login. If you don't remember your username find the email enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com when you first enrolled and it will contain your username and password.

  2. At the left side of the screen your contract details will be outlined.  
    1. Select the three dots, '' next to the contract name.  
    2. Click “Transfer of Service’  
  1. Enter your new address information into the corresponding fields.  
    1. Click 'Accept' when complete
