How do I process a transfer service?

Moving and need to transfer you service to your new home? Learn how to transfer your service through your online account.

  1. Go to www.cleanskyenergy.com website. 
    1. Select ‘My Account’ at the top right of your screen. 
    2. Input the username that was provided via email from the email address enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.  
  2. At the left side of the screen your contract details will be outlined.  
    1. Select the three dots, '' next to the contract name.  
    2. Click “Transfer of Service’

  3. Enter your new address information into the corresponding fields.  
    1. Click 'Accept' when complete
