How do I delete the payment method in Autopay?

Disclaimer: Before you can delete your payment method, you must first add a new payment method for Autopay.

1. Sign into www.cleanskyenergy.com website. 

1. 1. Select ‘My Account’ on the right side of the screen. 
   2. Input the username that was provided via email from the email address: enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com
   3. To get your password for your online account, select "Forgot Username or Password”. 
2. On the right side of the screen, above ‘My Bill,’ select the icon that displays your initials, and click the ‘Profile Settings’ 
3. Next, please select the ‘Payment Method' tab. Within this tab you may delete payment your methods.  
4. Select the three dots, '⋮' and ‘Remove’ on the payment method you would like to delete.  
5. An alert will display to confirm deletion.
   1. Select 'Accept'
