How do I delete the payment method in Autopay?

Disclaimer : If you no longer wish to use a specific card, debit, or other payment method linked to your CleanSky Energy Autopay, you can remove it—but first, you must have at least one alternate payment method on file

  1. Visit our website https://cleanskyenergy.com /website. 
    1. Click “My Account” in the top-right corner.

    2. Enter the username you received via email from enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com. If you’ve forgotten your username or password, click “Forgot Username or Password” to reset (email delivery may take 10–15 minutes)

2.Once signed in, click the initials icon at the top right—just above the “My Bill” panel. Select “Profile Settings” from the drop-down menu.


3. In Profile Settings, go to the “Payment Method” tab. This displays all payment methods currently associated with your account.  

4. Locate the payment method you’d like to delete, tap the three-dot menu  '' and ‘Remove’ on the payment method you would like to delete.  
  • A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm the deletion action
  • Click " Accept" to finalize removal

 

Important Notes:

  • You cannot delete your only payment method. CleanSky requires at least one active method for Autopay.

  • If you're replacing the current method, first add a new card or account before removing the old one.
