How do I change my payment method for Autopay?

  1. Go to www.cleanskyenergy.com website. 
    1. Select ‘My Account’ on the top right side of your screen. 
    2.  Input the username that was provided via email from the email address enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.  
  2. On the ‘My Bill' section, click the ‘Autopay’ on the right side of the screen, next to ‘My Bill’. 
  3. Select ‘Add New Payment Method’ to enter your credit or debit card information.  
  4. Check the ‘🔲’ and ‘Continue’ to authorize the automatic recurring payments.  
  5. Select the ‘Autopay’ on the right side of the screen, next to ‘My Bill’. 
    1. Click ‘I authorize autopay set up’ and select ‘Save Changes’ button.
