- Go to www.cleanskyenergy.com website.
- Select ‘My Account’ on the top right side of your screen.
- Input the username that was provided via email from the email address enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.
- On the right of the screen, above ‘My Bill’ select the icon that displays your initials and click the ‘Profile Settings’.
- Select the ‘Communications,’ tab to change your billing delivery method.
- Click ‘Update Billing Delivery Method’ and select the method of your choosing. (Email, Letter or Both)
- An alert will display to confirm the change.
- Select ‘Accept’
