How do I change my Billing Delivery Method?

Managing how you receive your CleanSky Energy bills is straightforward. Whether you prefer digital delivery, traditional mail, or both, you can easily update your billing preferences through your online account.

  1.  Access Your Account:

      • Navigate to the CleanSky Energy website.

      • Click on “My Account” located at the top right corner of the homepage.

      • Enter the username provided via email from enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com. If you've forgotten your username or password, click “Forgot Username or Password” to reset them.

  1. Navigate to Profile Settings:

      • Once logged in, locate the icon displaying your initials in the upper-right corner of the dashboard, above the “My Bill” section.

      • Click on this icon and select “Profile Settings” from the dropdown menu.

3. Update Billing Delivery Method:

  • In the Profile Settings menu, click on the “Communications” tab.

  • Click on “Update Billing Delivery Method”.

  • Choose your preferred method of receiving bills:

    • Email

    • Letter (Traditional Mail)

    • Both Email and Letter

  • A confirmation alert will appear.

  • Click “Accept” to finalize your selection.
