How do I change my Billing Delivery Method?

  1. Go to www.cleanskyenergy.com website. 
    1. Select ‘My Account’ on the top right side of your screen. 
    2. Input the username that was provided via email from the email address enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.  
  2. On the right of the screen, above ‘My Bill’ select the icon that displays your initials and click the ‘Profile Settings’.  
  3. Select the ‘Communications,’ tab to change your billing delivery method.  
  4. Click ‘Update Billing Delivery Method’ and select the method of your choosing. (Email, Letter or Both)  
  5. An alert will display to confirm the change.  
    1. Select ‘Accept’
