How do I link my accounts?

If you have multiple CleanSky Energy accounts—for example, across different addresses, properties, or family members—you can conveniently link them all under a single access portal. This enables you to manage billing, monitor usage, and make payments

  1. Sign into https://cleanskyenergy.com/ website. 
    1. Select 'My Account' located in the top-right corner. 
    2. Use the username provided via email from enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.  
    3. To get your password for your online account, select "Forgot Username or Password". 
  2. Once logged in, look to the upper‑right section of your Dashboard—above the “My Bill” section—and select the icon showing your initials.. 
  3. Enter the Username and Password of the account you would like to link. 
  4. If you have additional accounts—perhaps more than two—you can repeat these steps. Each one will be linked to your primary login, enabling you to oversee all associated accounts from a single dashboard.
