How do I change my password?

1. Go to www.cleanskyenergy.com. Select My Account at the top right of your screen.  
2. Input the username that was provided via email from the email address: enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com
3. To get your password for your online account, select 'Forgot Username or Password'. 
4. On the right side of the screen, above ‘My Bill,' select the icon that displays your initials, and click the ‘Profile Settings’ 
5. Next, please select the ‘Change Password’ tab. Within this tab you may change your password.  
6. Enter your current password and your new password.  
7. Click the ‘Save Changes’ button.
