Navigate to the CleanSky Energy website.

Click on “My Account” located at the top right corner of the homepage.

Enter the username provided via email from enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com.

2. Reset Your Password (if necessary):

- If you've forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Username or Password”.
- Follow the prompts to reset your password and regain access to your account.
3. Navigate to Profile Settings:

Once logged in, locate the icon displaying your initials in the upper-right corner of the dashboard, above the “My Bill” section.

Click on this icon and select “Profile Settings” from the dropdown menu.

4. Change Your Password:

In the Profile Settings menu, click on the “Change Password” tab.

Enter your current password, followed by your new desired password.

Ensure your new password is strong and unique to enhance account security.

After entering the required information, click the “Save Changes” button to update your password.

Tips for a Strong Password

Length and Complexity: Use at least 12 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Avoid Common Words: Steer clear of easily guessable words or phrases.

Unique Passwords: Do not reuse passwords across different sites or services.
