How do I change my password?
- Go to www.cleanskyenergy.com. Select My Account at the top right of your screen.
- Input the username that was provided via email from the email address: enrollments@cleanskyenergy.com
- To get your password for your online account, select 'Forgot Username or Password'.
- On the right side of the screen, above ‘My Bill,' select the icon that displays your initials, and click the ‘Profile Settings’
- Next, please select the ‘Change Password’ tab. Within this tab you may change your password.
- Enter your current password and your new password.
- Click the ‘Save Changes’ button.
